Fx-1006A Clinical Trials

FoldRx Pharmaceuticals has proprietary small molecules that stabilize TTR and prevent its misfolding. Fx-1006A is a novel, selective, potent TTR stabilizer compound that is currently being evaluated in a number of clinical trials:

  • Phase II/III multi-center, international study in patients with TTR amyloid polyneuropathy due to the V30M mutation
  • Phase II multi-center, international study in patients with TTR amyloid polyneuropathy due to mutations other than V30M
  • Phase II multi-center study in patients with TTR amyloid cardiomyopathy due either to the V122I mutation, or wild-type TTR
