Director, Medical Liaison Group/Registry Program

Department: Clinical Development

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assume overall responsibility for the medical liaison function of the company
• Integrate Medical Affairs activities with other departments within the company
• Manage the patient registry program (THAOS)
• Primary focus will be for the TTR stabilization program in the Transthyretin Amyloidosis indication
• Duties and responsibilities with include identifying building and supporting an international community of  
  physicians interested in ATTR 
• Establishing centers of excellence in the US and Europe

JOB EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

• 7-10 years experience in Biotech Pharma industry with at least 5 years in a medical liaison role, management
  experience expected. Experience in orphan diseases a plus. Strong foundation in the sciences with Bachelors
  Degree and graduate level activities in a scientific discipline required; Master’s, Ph.D or MD degree ideal.
